Have you ever found something that gets you so excited that you just HAVE to share it with people? This happens to me a lot because when I find something I love, I just want other people to try it out so they can be blown away too.
My 9 to 5 is managing a bookstore, so this happens to be a lot with books and other items that we sell, but also happens to be with household products, stationery items, and my beloved mascara. I don’t usually tell you about all those things, though – as you probably come here to read about food, and not my feelings on the Food Network eggnog sundae candles they sold at Kohls pre-Christmas (for example).
However, I got to thinking that I love learning about my favorite bloggers, and I also love when they share their favorites, so I decided that I would try my hand at a regular feature called PickleBee Finds… where I will showcase a few of my favorite finds, whether for the week, or in a certain category.
My inaugural edition of PickleBee Finds is for one of my absolute favorite foods – Shrimp! Shrimp is so easy to prepare, can be ready in minutes, and require little advanced thought because you can thaw them from frozen in minutes!
3 – Skillet Shrimp and Artichoke Pasta – from Mantitlement
I love one skillet/pan meals – both for the simplicity and the fact that I hate washing dishes. This recipe is a great weeknight meal – fast & easy. I added spinach to mine and it worked well and got some extra veggies in.
